Masters Sessions
Master Training times are currently:-
Monday 8 - 9.45 pm at Ockendon School Pool
Friday 9 - 9.45 pm at Blackshots Pool
All sessions have schedules written by the Clubs 'Masters' Coach. Lanes are suited to ability.
TSC Masters are of mixed ability ranging from World, European, National, District and county standard to also include non competitors who wish to train for fitness only. Some technique assistance can be given but usualy swimmers are of suitable ability to perform aerobic sets of suitable times. This is not suited for the learner swimmer.
Our Club Coach Paul Hayes F.I.S.O, F.I.O.S(CC) is professionally qualified to club coach standard and has a solid experience of Masters swimming representing Essex Masters as county secretary as well as serving our new region EAST. Paul currently sits on the ASA technical Master committee at National level.
